Using these templates.

How do I submit a template to Meta?

In ConvoHut, go to Templates, choose Create Template, pick the category, paste the body, add sample values for each variable and submit. Meta usually reviews within 24 hours.

Why did Meta change my template’s category?

Meta checks the content. If a utility template includes promotional wording, Meta can reclassify it as marketing, which is charged at the marketing rate.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Write in your own voice. Keep the purpose clear, give sample values, and keep variables away from the start and end of the body.

Do I need consent to send these?

Yes. Only message people who agreed to hear from your business on WhatsApp. Marketing messages also need a simple way to opt out.
