FAQ
Before you sign up.
Why does Meta need my card?
Meta bills WhatsApp message charges to you directly, so it asks for a payment method in WhatsApp Manager. ConvoHut never adds a markup.
What happens after 7 days?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don’t, your account is paused and we keep your data for 30 days.
Can you help me set up?
Yes. Onboarding, training and Meta verification help are free on every plan.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, if you delete it from the WhatsApp app first. Its chat history won’t move across. Or use a new number.
