- A Meta Business account (we help you create or verify it).
- Your customer data in a Google Sheet, a Zapier-connected app, Shopify or a spreadsheet to import.

How long does setup take?
Most of the time goes into Meta verification and template approval. We help with both as part of free onboarding.
Do I need a developer?
No. Enterprise customers can ask us to build a custom integration.
Can I keep my number?
Yes, you can move an existing number to ConvoHut. Once connected, it can’t also be used in the WhatsApp app, and app chats aren’t transferred. If you want to keep the app, use a spare number for ConvoHut.
