ConvoHut is a Melbourne company, built by Alite Projects’ team in Australia and India. Alite is a digital delivery company founded by Abhishek Mehta in 2014. We built it to close the gap we kept seeing: businesses paying to create demand, then losing it in the follow-up.

How we got here.

Alite Projects starts
Abhishek Mehta founds Alite Projects to design, build and market websites and online stores. It grows into a white-label delivery partner for agencies in Australia and Switzerland.

Demand wasn’t the problem
Across years of launches and campaigns, the same gap kept appearing after the work went live: enquiries answered hours later, quotes never chased, carts and bookings forgotten.
- The idea
Follow up where customers actually reply
Customers read WhatsApp. Businesses already keep their data in spreadsheets, stores and forms. The missing piece was a simple way to connect the two, on the business’s own number.

A Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform, with Google Sheets as the main way in, plus Zapier, Shopify and custom integrations. Plans from A$24 a month, and a 7-day free trial.
FOUNDER
Abhishek Mehta
Founder and CEO, ConvoHut and Alite Projects
Abhishek founded Alite Projects in 2014 and has built it into a team of more than 60 specialists across India, Australia and Switzerland, delivering websites, stores, software and marketing for agency partners.
He started ConvoHut to give businesses the follow-up engine he wished his clients had: one that works with the tools they already use, keeps them in control of their number and data, and is honest about cost.
He’s based in Melbourne and is also co-founder and CTO of Konkrd, an Australian insurance comparison platform.
