What exists, what is being built, and what we are only thinking about.
ConvoHut is pre-launch. Rather than describing a roadmap as though it had shipped, this page states the position of everything on the site. If a page elsewhere says coming soon, this is where it resolves.
Is ConvoHut available yet?
Not publicly. ConvoHut is in build, with the first release targeting Shopify merchants in Australia. We are taking waitlist registrations now and working with a small group of early customers who want to shape it. Nothing on this site is sold as available unless it is marked as such.

South Africa — POPIA
Phase 3.
United Kingdom — UK GDPR and PECR

The first and, at launch, the only commerce connection.
Meta Business
Required for the WhatsApp Business Platform connection.
Klaviyo
For brands already running lifecycle email.
Google Analytics
So WhatsApp-attributed revenue reconciles with your existing reporting.
Zapier
For everything we do not connect to natively.
WooCommerce (roadmap)
Not committed. Tell us if you need it and it moves up.
CRM connections — HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
Follows the lead-generation use case, which is not a launch focus.
Beyond the first release
AI agents inside your rules
Answering product and policy questions from approved knowledge, with escalation to a human.
AI optimal send time
Choosing send windows per contact rather than per campaign.
A/B testing
Testing one variable at a time inside a journey.
Agency multi-client workspaces
Managing several client accounts from one login. Until then, agencies work through the referral arrangement.
Referral commission (white-label on the roadmap)
Your branding inside the platform for your clients. Roadmap only, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Lead-generation use cases
Forms, CRM leads and appointment journeys for non-ecommerce businesses.
Channels beyond WhatsApp
Direction, not a commitment. WhatsApp has to be excellent first.
Waitlist members influence this order. We are prioritising by what early customers actually need rather than by what demos well. If something marked “exploring” is a blocker for you, say so when you join — that is genuinely how these decisions are being made right now.
Why we publish this at all
Most pre-launch companies describe the finished product and hope you do not check. It works until a prospect gets into a demo, asks for the thing they were sold, and discovers it is a roadmap item. Then you have lost the deal and the reference.
We would rather have a smaller waitlist of people who know exactly what they are joining. It also means that when we do say something works, you have a reason to believe it.
Join the waitlistQuestions this raises
When does ConvoHut launch?
The first release targets Shopify merchants in Australia. We are not publishing a date, because dates set before a product is finished are usually wrong. Waitlist members hear first, with real notice.
Can I use ConvoHut today?
Not yet. You can join the waitlist, and if you are an Australian Shopify merchant with meaningful cart volume you may be a fit for the early customer group, which gets hands-on setup with the founder.
Does the waitlist cost anything?
No. There is no payment, no commitment and no contract. Early access pricing will be locked for twelve months for the first cohort.
What if I use WooCommerce (roadmap) and not Shopify?
WooCommerce (roadmap) is marked exploring, which means it is not committed. Join the waitlist and say so — demand from the waitlist is what moves items up this page.
Will the roadmap change?
Almost certainly. That is the point of working with early customers. What will not change is that this page reflects the real position rather than the flattering one.
How will I know when something ships?
This page is updated as items move, and waitlist members are told directly. We will not quietly relabel something as available without saying so.
