Every rate here is yours to set. We don’t publish benchmark conversion rates, because results depend on your customers, offer and timing.
Message costs
We count the messages the journey would send (one per person) at Meta’s marketing rate for the country you choose. Meta decides each template’s category when it reviews it.
Plan cost
We add the smallest ConvoHut plan that covers the customers you’d reach each month, at the annual price.
Then test it
Run the journey for a month with a small hold-out group that gets no message, compare the two, and put your real result back into the calculator.
