Shopify Flow: “Add row to spreadsheet”

  1. Install Shopify Flow (free, on Basic and higher plans).
  2. Create a workflow with a trigger such as Order created.
  3. Add the Google Sheets action “Add row to spreadsheet”, connect your Google account and pick the sheet.
  4. Map the columns: name, phone, order number, total.
  5. Turn the workflow on. Each new order adds a row.
Zapier

Trigger, then Google Sheets “Create Spreadsheet Row”

Watch out for
  • For line items, add a “For each” step in Flow.
  • A comma inside a value can split it across columns in the Flow action. Keep product names in one column and test.

Then, in ConvoHut.

    Open Automations, then Create Automation, and choose New Sheet Row as the trigger.

    Pick the spreadsheet and tab, and map Phone and Name.

    Add your approved template, a wait for reply, and a notify step.

    Pass the compliance review for your markets, then Activate Now. Test with your own number first.
