No dependency on us
If your tool can put a row in a sheet, ConvoHut can use it today. You don’t wait for a native integration, and you’re not locked out if a vendor changes its API.

Setting up a form-to-sheet or Zapier step takes minutes. For systems that can’t, Enterprise plans include a custom integration.

The honest limits.
| Not every tool is instant | Some Zapier triggers poll every 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the Zapier plan. Built-in integrations and webhooks are usually faster. |
| Sheets have limits | Up to 20 million cells per spreadsheet. Some tools cap their own integrations lower, so start a fresh sheet for very busy forms. |
| Data quality matters | Journeys need a phone number with the country code. Validate the phone field at the source. |
| Some formulas aren’t triggers | IMPORTRANGE and IMPORTDATA refresh ranges rather than adding rows. Use them for lists you send as campaigns. |
| Consent still applies | A row in a sheet isn’t consent. Record that the person agreed to WhatsApp messages. |
