Zoho Flow: Zoho CRM trigger → Google Sheets “Create row”

  1. In Zoho Flow, create a flow with a Zoho CRM trigger such as New lead.
  2. Add the Google Sheets action to create a row.
  3. Map name, phone and the fields you need.

    Open Automations, then Create Automation, and choose New Sheet Row as the trigger.

  2. 02

    Pick the spreadsheet and tab, and map Phone and Name.

  3. 03

    Add your approved template, a wait for reply, and a notify step.

    Pass the compliance review for your markets, then Activate Now. Test with your own number first.
