  1. In Google Sheets, open Extensions → Data connectors → Salesforce.
  2. Import a report or object and set a refresh schedule (every 4, 8 or 24 hours).

  • The connector re-imports data on a schedule. It doesn’t add one row per new record, so it’s better for due lists than instant triggers.
  • Use Zapier or a webhook when you need a row the moment a lead arrives.

Send one row per record, with the column names in row 1. Phone is the only required column and must include the country code.

Then, in ConvoHut.

    Open Automations, then Create Automation, and choose New Sheet Row as the trigger.

    Pick the spreadsheet and tab, and map Phone and Name.

    Add your approved template, a wait for reply, and a notify step.
