Built in: Google Sheets integration
- In the form builder, open Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets.
- Authenticate and choose a spreadsheet.
- Each submission is added as a row straight away. Use “Send Existing Submissions” to back-fill.
- If you pick an existing spreadsheet, Jotform adds a new tab. Point ConvoHut at that tab.
- Renaming columns can break the sync.

Send one row per record, with the column names in row 1. Phone is the only required column and must include the country code.

Row 1 holds the column names. The highlighted row is the newest: adding it starts the journey. Example data only.
BUILD
Then, in ConvoHut.

Open Automations, then Create Automation, and choose New Sheet Row as the trigger.

Pick the spreadsheet and tab, and map Phone and Name.

Add your approved template, a wait for reply, and a notify step.

Pass the compliance review for your markets, then Activate Now. Test with your own number first.
