  1. Create a contact-based workflow, for example when a form is submitted.
  2. Add the action “Create Google Sheet row”.
  3. Pick the spreadsheet and map up to 20 properties to columns.

    Open Automations, then Create Automation, and choose New Sheet Row as the trigger.

    Pick the spreadsheet and tab, and map Phone and Name.

    Add your approved template, a wait for reply, and a notify step.
