OTHER TOOLS

The options.

Recommended · Zapier

Trigger, then Google Sheets “Create Spreadsheet Row”

Triggers you can use:

  • Excel: New Row, New Row in Table (OneDrive for Business or SharePoint only)
Other ways

Make, webhooks and more

  • Import a CSV into Google Sheets for a one-off list
  • Google Apps Script to fetch a CSV on a schedule and append new rows
Watch out for
  • IMPORTDATA and IMPORTRANGE refresh a range rather than adding new rows, so they aren’t reliable triggers.
  • A one-off import is best sent as a campaign, not a journey.

THE SHEET

The columns to send.

Send one row per record, with the column names in row 1. Phone is the only required column and must include the country code.

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Details
  • Consent: that the person agreed to WhatsApp messages
