Watch out for
  • Cliniko doesn’t have an official Zapier app.
  • Only export non-clinical details: name, phone, appointment time and practitioner. Never diagnoses or notes.

Send one row per record, with the column names in row 1. Phone is the only required column and must include the country code.

BUILD

Then, in ConvoHut.

    Open Automations, then Create Automation, and choose New Sheet Row as the trigger.

    Pick the spreadsheet and tab, and map Phone and Name.

  3. 03

    Add your approved template, a wait for reply, and a notify step.

  4. 04

    Pass the compliance review for your markets, then Activate Now. Test with your own number first.
